Limited Refund Policy

We understand that sometimes things don’t work out as planned. Here’s our policy regarding refunds for IPTV subscriptions:

  • Eligibility: Users have a 3-day window from the date of purchase to request a refund for unused accounts.
  • Used Accounts: Accounts that have been activated and used for streaming are not eligible for refunds.
  • Timing: Refund requests must be submitted within the 3-day period. Requests received later will not be honored.

How to Request a Refund:

  2. Include your account information (name, email, subscription details).
  3. State your reason for requesting a refund.

Refund Processing:

  • Eligible refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
  • Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect on your account.

Exceptions:

  • We may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis outside of the 3-day window if there are extenuating technical issues on our end preventing service usage.

Important Notes:

  • Partial refunds, based on usage time, are not offered.
  • This Refund and Returns Policy does not affect your statutory rights.
